History of the company
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work had become the norm around the world. During that time, an opportunity opened up. Pablo Garcia and Sebastian Martinez, the co-founders of Thaloz, saw that in the United States the demand for developers was growing. They realized that they could satisfy this need thanks to the large amount of talent present in Latin America. With this idea, Thaloz was born in Montevideo, Uruguay.
In the beginning, Thaloz started working with partners who connected them with the best tech companies in the United States. These collaborations not only demonstrated that Thaloz was able to provide quality work, but they also gave the team extra motivation to grow and achieve better results.
In just two years, Thaloz has grown from a team of two people to a team of around 100 people. This consists of both support staff and remote developers working for nearshore companies, demonstrating the great impact that Thaloz has had in the technology sector.
Last year, the company added a new service: Thaloz Labs. This new initiative focuses on creating customized software and configuring it for customers. Thaloz Labs has added to the services offered by Thaloz that help meet the diverse needs of the technology industry.
Today, Thaloz is a solid and creative model in the world of remote work.
The company continues to progress and is always ready to implement new ideas, to help others to grow and to set new high standards in the tech world.
